Leading Edge Financial Group, Inc. was formed in 1981 by President and Owner Donald C. Raimey Jr. as a diversified financial service company offering benefit, human resource, retirement plan and wealth management services to our clients. Over the years it has been our privilege to work with some of Florida’s finest employers representing a diverse array of industries from medical to manufacturing, including multi-location and multi-state entities.

Our focus on working with the best employers and always making our clients’ needs our first priority has been our key to success and growth. In 2011, in order to best manage our continued growth and the internal requirements of new regulations within the employee benefit and financial services industries, we announced a major evolution of our business model.

Today, under the common ownership of Leading Edge Companies, LLC, our company is organized into four distinct core service companies that continue to provide the Leading Edge client with an integrated comprehensive approach to their benefit, human resource, retirement plan, and wealth-protection needs.

Leading Edge Human Resource Services, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leading Edge Companies and is headquartered in Fort Myers. Donald C. Raimey Jr. remains the Managing Principal for all four entities, and each company is privately held.
