Marion B. Bayers, joined Leading Edge in 2001 and currently serves in the capacity of Director of Operations. In this role, she oversees staff and agency needs with a special concentration on the group insurance division. She is best known to our clients for her Human Resource support, her client service skills and impeccable follow up. Marion possesses over 25 years of human resource management experience encompassing policy and procedural development, benefits administration, safety/loss control, recruiting, training, evaluation/needs assessment, and legal compliance. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Central Florida in business management and graduated Magna cum laude.

Marion is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Management Association. She holds her Life and Health license with the Sate of Florida. Her oversight of the day-to-day operations ensures that our motto, “For the Best, By the Best!” holds true in all services provided.
